We are seeking a Principal Build Environment Product Owner to work onsite in Richardson TX and requires an active US Secret security clearance prior to the first day.

What You Will Do:

The Principal Build Environment Product Owner guides an Agile team through maintenance and enhancements of the ABMS Build Environment in Richardson Texas. The Product Owner performs all Agile functions at both the Increment and Sprint level including writing stories writing acceptance criteria enforcing definition of done coordinating demos and managing the lab backlog. The Lab Product Owner must coordinate with other teams to ensure upgrades to the system are introduced and deployed to the lab in a controlled manner.

Qualified candidates will have previous experience with:

• Performing lifecycle support of product lines.

• Creating product roadmaps and long term planning.

• Deploying and configuring HW in a lab environment.

• Managing an Agile backlog.

• Working in a consortium of multiple contractors.

• Performing asset and property management activities.

• Familiarity with latest trends and potential future offerings with CI/CD software development tools and best practices.

• Familiarity with BasicIPnetwork principles.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.

• 6 years of IT/Lab Management Experience

• Experience leading a team in an Agile development environment.

• Experience developing tracking and management processes of lab equipment.

• Expertise with the combination of CI/CD software development pipelines and deployments of software products onto physical compute hardware in a lab.

• Expertise with the operations of systems integration labs ordatacenters featuring compute storage and networking resources.

• Significant experience with software and hardware configuration management and equipment/parts tracking.

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date . U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Network engineering background

• Experience with Jira & Confluence for agile management

• Experience with Git JFrog Artifactory Kubernetes

The salary range for this role is 101000 USD - 203000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
