Job Description

Support activities involved with receiving storage and shipping of raw materials intermediates and finished goods while adhering to cGMP guidelines. Transfer materials between Pii buildings utilizing Pii truck insuring safety accuracy of documentation and compliance to Pii SOPs and State and Federal regulations. Initiates and maintains cGMP documentation for material movements with accurate accounting in electronics inventory systems. Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to meet manufacturing timelines. Perform inventory cycle counts and audits as required. Support the overall business plan; while maintaining the highest quality drug products ensuring the safety identity purity and quality that the drug is purported to possess.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support all warehouse functions. Cleaning cycle counts inventory reconciliations and other warehouse duties as assigned.

Safely transport materials between Pii buildings utilizing company truck.

Ensure electronic locations are maintained in WMS for all incoming outgoing and material transfers.

Collaborate with other departments to execute material movements.

Reconcile inventory in electronic systems when manual updates are required.

Assist immediate supervisor with shipping transfer and material issues.

Operate material handling equipment (forklift/ powered pallet jacks) in compliance with safety requirements.

Execute and maintain documentation for material movement and other GMP activities.

Ensure that all materials are moved into appropriate locations upon transfer.

Coordinate with QA in the release of materials as required.

Perform all tasks in compliance with Pii GMP standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Batchelors degree preferred.

Experience working with major Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP) required.

Vaid drivers license with a record of safe vehicle operation and ability to pass DOT physical for operation of a Commercial vehicle.

Proficiency in MS Excel and/or Access (need to be able to work with formulas pivot tables produce charts).

Experience in the safe use and operation of powered industrial material moving equipment. (forklift powered pallet jacks etc.)

1-3 years of Pharmaceutical Industry Experience in supply materials management (in a CMO/CDMO environment preferred).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Ability to travel between and within facilities to visit staff operations and projects as needed.

Ability to sit stand climb stairs and climb ladders to mezzanines (when necessary).

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.

Ability to use PPE (safety shoe goggles respirators gloves etc. when necessary).

The hourly pay range for this role is $23.99 - $43.17. Job-related non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience geographic location education external market data and consideration of internal equity.
