Automotive DMS SaaS - Regional Sales Manager / Account Manager
Territory: Southern California Arizona
Outside Sales Remote
NOTE: This position REQUIRES AUTOMOTIVE TECHNOLOGY SALES EXPERIENCE within the automotive dealership industry.

What Youll Do:
Drive new customer acquisition and generate revenue in your assigned territory
Build strong consultative relationships with dealership stakeholders by understanding their unique business needs
Execute full-cycle sales strategies from lead generation to contract close
Develop and maintain an effective sales plan with short- and long-term goals
Collaborate across departments (Marketing BDC Product Implementation) to ensure a seamless client experience
Maintain up-to-date client records and activity tracking in HubSpot
Stay informed on market trends competitors and industry developments
Represent Dominion at regional/state associations and industry events
What You Bring:
3 years of sales experience selling to automotive dealerships ideally in SaaS DMS or ancillary automotive tech
Demonstrated success in territory sales and new business development
Experience working with dealership decision-makers (GMs Dealer Principals Controllers etc.)
Strong presentation negotiation and pipeline management skills
Self-motivated goal-oriented and highly organized
Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
Familiarity with Challenger Sales methodology is a plus
Ability to travel within your region and occasionally for company-wide events
Remote options with access to a major airport will be considered. Travel in the assigned territory and for events & meetings will be expected.
This role offers a competitive base compensation of approximately $90000 - $115000 annually plus uncapped commissions. Compensation factors include geography experience education job demands job market etc. Additional benefits for full-time employees include medical dental vision flexible spending account; 401k matching up to 4% fully vested on day one of employment; paid vacation company holidays and sick leave; corporate discount opportunities.
