Description

Reporting to the Director of Marketing the Content Marketing Manager will lead a team of writers in creating compelling marketing/promotional collateral for a wide variety of ADI global products and services. These materials range from website product information product packaging labels brochures blog posts advertisements email copy and addition the Content Marketing Manager leads copywriters in defining/refining brand voice and ensures voice consistency by writing editing and proofing materials.

Job Duties:

  • Lead writing team to ensure overall quality and efficiency of work across various platforms including ecommerce web social media email campaigns videos trade shows and more
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the internal content team and external copy resources. This includes work delegation capacity management and process monitoring
  • Support CoOP marketing and thought leadership marketing programs
  • Collaborate with various internal teams and department heads to define content goals
  • Ensure content is SEO optimized to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings
  • Create effective content strategies to increase visibility
  • Ensure all content is in accordance with our brand guidelines and target audience
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using relevant tools and metrics to optimize strategies and improve results
  • Make data-driven decisions to enhance content effectiveness audience engagement and conversion rates
  • Stay updated with AI trends and tools. Incorporate best practices into content strategy to maintain thought leadership as well as strategize and execute new content opportunities

You Must Have:

  • 5 years of experience managing a team of writers
  • Proven record of omni-channel marketing campaigns
  • Understands creative development processes across critical channels
  • B2B marketing experience

We Value:

  • Previous experience in consumer electronics
  • In-house marketing experience
  • Proven experience using project management software; Jira and Wrike preferred
