Join the global Data and Analytics organization at Marriott as a Director Data Product Manager Marketing Personalization and lead our data strategy & management for all customer data personalization needs. This pivotal role centers on crafting data strategies to refine targeted marketing and foster personalized customer experiences for guests in our properties across the globe. The Director will drive data requirements for the companys Marketing & Personalization Acceleration (MAPA) program across all paid & owned channels focusing on effective data collection curation and activation to enable prioritized use cases for revenue growth.
The Director will implement advanced audience data management segmentation and marketing measurement strategies using data insights to enhance personalized campaigns and content generation working closely with cross-functional teams from marketing digital and technology organizations. Moreover the Director will lead efforts to enhance data platforms including cloud data warehouses and real-time customer data platform (CDP) leveraging the latest technologies for sophisticated marketing personalization.
This high-impact position will involve direct interaction with the leadership teams across the SBID organization and the Marketing department.

The pay range for this position is $60.38 to $96.44 per hour.
