We are looking for looking for a Repairs Manager to deliver an exceptional responsive repairs service across both tenanted and empty properties whilst ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently safely and to a high standard. You will ensure that staff contractors and third parties communicate clearly and effectively with customers and their representatives throughout the process with a strong focus on consistently achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
You will be collaborating with the Responsive Repairs Manager and Head of Repairs to play a key part in the successful implementation of the Corporate Action Plan as well as ensuring the trust housing management system including the stock condition database in consistently maintained. You must influence a culture of customer excellence across the organisation ensuring that customers are at heart of all decision-making and take responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of a team of multi-skilled trades people. You will lead on the collection monitoring and reporting of KPIs identifying trends and areas where improvements can be made. Manage external contractors to confirm all work is delivered to agreed standards timescales and cost.
