A Toast Senior Customer Trainer is a skilled facilitator product expert and strategic partner committed to delivering high-impact training that drives meaningful outcomes for our customers and Toast. They are natural educators who thrive on connection and are deeply passionate about hospitality technology and customer success.
Will be hybrid to the Toast office in Dublin 2 days / week

Toast is growing internationally and were looking for a Senior Customer Trainer to support our expanding customer base in the UK and Ireland (UKI). This is a unique opportunity to help establish and shape our customer training program during the early stages of international growth.
In this role youll facilitate high-impact 1:many training sessions and work closely with the CX & Education team and the UKI International team to deliver exceptional best-in-class learning experiences. As a trusted expert in Toast products customer education and the customer experience youll also serve as a strategic partnerensuring our training drives customer success and supports broader business objectives.
