RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support for implementation troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
- Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems
- Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification diagnosis and resolution of problems
- Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems
- Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification diagnosis andresolution of problems
- Perform account management e.g. establishing activating modifying disabling and removingaccounts.
- Provide configuration management implementation and sustainment of compliance withapplicable system security controls.
- Perform periodic vulnerability scans of systems
- Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations monitoring and problemresolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices mobile devices etc.
- Implement IAVA security patches and insure patch status is recorded in appropriate systems ofrecord.
- Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management andinternal customers
- Optimize system operations and resource utilization and perform system capacity analysis andplanning
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- SECURITY CLEARANCE: A current & active Top Secret/SCI clearance; Polygraph required.
- EDUCATION:
- Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience
- An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted for a degree
- Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience
- EXPERIENCE
- Five (5) years experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope type and complexity
- Two (2) years of experience with Service Management (ITSM) is required.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite applications (including but not limited to Word Outlook Excel PowerPoint and Project).
- Candidates must hold at least one of the following certifications:
- CCNA Security
- CYSA
- GICSP
- GSEC
- Security CE
- CASP CE
- CCNP Security
- CISA
- CISSP(or Associate)
- GCED
- CND
- SSCP
- GCIH
- CCSP

Base salaries at CRC are determined by various factors including work location an individuals education knowledge skills experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected salary range for this position is $85000 to $125000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of CRCs total compensation package.
