The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is one of the largest most complex agencies in the state and has approximately 17000 employees. Proven track record of working independently as well as effectively engaging with teams stakeholders and external partners.
Skilled in developing and delivering written and verbal presentations with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and appropriately for diverse audiences.
Experience supervising staff in a vocational rehabilitation environment with a focus on performance management and team development.
