What Youll Be Doing:
This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-volume full-service environment (think $7M annual sales). Youll be responsible for:

Daily Operations: Lead the floor set the tone and ensure high standards are upheld

Team Leadership: Hire train mentor and develop a winning FOH team

Guest Experience: Create a vibe that keeps guests coming back and talking about it

P&L Ownership: Manage labor cost control and all financial targets

Marketing & Community Building: Partner with marketing to drive traffic and guest engagement
Who Were Looking For:

4 years in a leadership role within a high-volume full-service concept

Track record of building strong teams and driving revenue

Hands-on operator who knows how to balance guest experience with business metrics

POS/BOH systems savvy (MICROS Aloha OpenTable etc.)

Energetic forward-thinking and thrives under pressure
