Job Description
Beaverhead Motors is looking for a friendly reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This individual will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in ensuring a smooth professional and positive customer experience. Duties will include answering phones cashiering customers taking vehicle photos and monitoring vehicle progress through the service and sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Greet customers in person and provide excellent customer service.
- Cashier customers accurately and efficiently at the time of purchase or service completion.
- Take high-quality photos of vehicles for online listings and internal documentation.
- Monitor vehicle progress through the service department and provide updates to customers and staff as needed.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing data entry and organizing paperwork.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front office or customer area.
- Communicate with sales and service team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using computers phones and point-of-sale systems.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a dealership retail or customer service setting is a plus.
- Must be reliable punctual and a team player.
- Ability to take clear well-composed vehicle photos (training provided).
