ABOUT THE POSITION

Our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager. The Project Manager oversees various court-wide projects from initiation to completion including planning organization management execution and delivery of projects with varying levels of complexity size and impact. Key Responsibilities


THIS IS A TELEWORK ELIGIBLE OPPORTUNITY

This position may be eligible for full or partial telework contingent upon the needs of the Court.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

To qualify you must meet one of the following options at the time of application:


OPTION I: Bachelors degree* from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in economics business administration public administration statistics public policy or a closely related field AND three (3) years of experience in roles related to project management** business analytics program evaluation and/or process improvement.


OPTION II:Seven (7) years of experience in roles related to project management** business analytics program evaluation and/or process improvement.

**Project management refers to administrative oversight and coordination of projects programs or initiatives typically involving planning implementation and monitoring of outcomes.


Note: Credit for experience is given based on a 40-hour workweek. Part-time experience is credited on a part-time ratio (e.g. working 20 hours per week for two months equals one month of experience). Overtime does not count toward additional credit.


DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in a Court or other public or legal agency or organization.
  • Experience managing concurrent complex initiatives with competing deadlines and shifting priorities while aligning work with timelines.
  • Experience developing project plans and documentation that define scope schedule deliverables resources budgets and risk management strategies.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing internal and external relationships.
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership judicial officers department heads and other key stakeholders.
