Job Summary
Provides administrative oversight and supervision of all Teen Parent drop-out prevention and intervention programs for the Office of Student Discipline and Support Services. Collaborates with the Executive Director to provide oversight and supervision of the district initiatives. Assists in oversight and supervision of other programs under the Office of Student Discipline and Support Services.
Essential Functions
on a county-wide basis all administrative and programmatic components and activities of office initiatives.
updates and monitors instructional and program design of office initiatives.
with Student Discipline and Support Services leadership to provide administrative oversight and supervision of office initiatives including Teen Parent behavior/mental health and ATOSS.
oversight for contracted services for dropout prevention and retrieval.
revises distributes and/or oversees revisions to office program policies procedures and associated Handbooks.
and submits program progress reports to senior management and the School Board.
7. Coordinates with local business and organizations that support Teen Parents successful completion of high school and transition into college and/or career paths.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: Masters degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Three (3) years of experience in program management or school leadership.
Certifications & Licenses: Florida Teaching Certificate
