Mid Level DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps Engineer youll be a key player in helping us deliver high-quality mission-critical systems in a fast-paced agile environment as we continue our mission of becoming a true product & digital first business that connects with its customers.

Youll support our Director of DevOps Mariusz Makowski and collaborate with developers system architects QA engineers and operations pros to design deploy monitor and maintain the infrastructure that powers our business. Whether its writing scripts for infrastructure automation or streamlining CI/CD pipelines your work will directly support innovation and scale across the company.

What will you be doing

• You will build and maintain automated deployment pipelines using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
• You will support cloud and on-prem environments balancing new development and operational stability
• Youll be comfortable automating everything you can configuration testing deployment monitoring
• Youll troubleshoot system issues and implement sustainable fixes that prevent future incidents
• You will mentor peers and help foster a DevOps-first culture across the tech organization

About you

• You will have 1 year of experience in a DevOps role OR 35 years in Systems IT Operations or Software Development roles whilst deploying and supporting systems in AWS Azure or hybrid environments.
• You will be comfortable with IaC tools like Terraform Ansible CloudFormation or similar tools.
• You will have strong scripting skills using the PowerShell Bash Python or similar tools.
• You have familiarity with modern CI/CD tools like Jenkins Azure DevOps TeamCity etc.
• You will score extra points if you have exposure to Cloudflare Dynatrace Kubernetes automated testing and/or Github Actions please note that these arent a necessity though!
