Job Description
We are looking for a part time Accounting Clerk to join our team at an automobile dealership. We are looking for someone detail oriented and dependable. Review customer and vendor accounts to ensure information is entered correctly. Verify tax exemption status on customers prepare and send copies of invoices and statements to customers apply payments to customer accounts and reconcile discrepancies. Work closely with all departments including sales parts and service to resolve billing issues. Prior accounting experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate. Computer skills with office are a must and be willing to multi-task. Phone experience will be needed to provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships.
We are a family owned business with room for growth. Pay will be based on experience. Schedule is Monday through Friday 12:30-5:30 P.M. with an eight hour working Saturday once every 6 weeks.
