Your Role as a Commercial HVAC Technician
Key Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled maintenance service requests repairs and equipment replacements
Install and service HVAC systems and ice machines
Conduct preventative maintenance and recommend repairs
Troubleshoot and assess commercial HVAC systems
Respond promptly to emergency service calls
Provide facility condition assessments and recommend improvements
Assist with facility-related projects
Collaborate with dispatchers coordinators supervisors and technical teams
Adhere to safety policies and procedures
Complete paperwork accurately and on time
Deliver excellent customer service
Work independently with minimal supervision
Tools Provided:
