Systems Engineer - SIGINT

RBR-Technologies is seeking a System Engineer with SIGINT experience to support one of our customers in Fort Meade MD. this position can be hired at a level 2 or level 3.

RESPONSIBILITIES

RBR-Technologies is seeking a Systems Engineer with a strong SIGINT collection background and a holistic understanding of the end-to-end SIGINT production chain. The right candidate will have demonstrated experience in the following:

• SIGINT leadership roles (civilian and military preferred)
• SIGINT collection analysis and reporting
• The applicable standard government tools and databases necessary to perform SIGINT work
• Supporting unified and sub-unified commands (e.g. SOCOM INDOPACOM)
• Cyber and traditional mission technologies (e.g. DNR DNI)
• End User requirements management and satisfaction
• Preparing reviewing revising and maintaining technical documents including software and systems engineering system operations testing and user documentation.
• Writing and editing technical documentation for all of the projects hardware and software including installation configuration and how-to documentation.
• Creating code documentation for software; produces implementation guides and end-user guides for capabilities; provides field data definition and data flow documentation and formats technical publications from pamphlets technical drawings and consultations with technical personnel and other available resources.
• Managing system requirements and derived requirements to ensure the delivery of production systems that are compatible with the defined system architecture(s) - Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) Service-oriented Architecture (SOA) etc
• Contributing to the development of sections of systems engineering documentation such as System Engineering Plans Initial Capabilities Documents Requirements specifications and Interface Control Documents
• Assisting with the development of system requirements functional requirements and allocation of the same to individual hardware software facility and personnel components
• Coordinating the resolution of action items from Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings design reviews program reviews and test reviews that require cross-discipline coordination
• Participating in an Integrated Product Team to design new capabilities based upon evaluation of all necessary development and operational considerations
• Developing system design solution that satisfies the system requirements and fulfills the functional analysis

REQUIREMENTS

• Active DoD TS/SCI with polygraph
• A level 2 Systems engineer requires 14 years of experience and a level 3 requires 20 years.
• Bachelors degree in System Engineering Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Science Engineering Management or a related discipline from an accredited college or university. 5 additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
