Job Description:
Overseeing the attendance tracking system and ensuring its accuracy and proper usage.
Keep track of attendance records monitor lateness/absence/manual miss punches etc.
Identifying trends such as absenteeism or tardiness and providing insights to management.
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
Maintain documentation of attendance-related discussions and follow-ups with employees.
Generate and distribute regular attendance reports and metrics for planning and operational decision-making.
Delivering discipline in a timely manner
Report to their Reporting Manager any unauthorized time or discrepancies.
Other tasks and duties as assigned
Required Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Personable and professional demeanor.
Have the ability to multi-task and work independently.
Must be at least 18 years of age;
Must have high school diploma or equivalent;
Must be able to speak read and write in English;
Valid drivers license with good driving record;
Capable of lifting comfortably 30 lbs.; Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
