About the role
As a Senior Learning Business Partner you will be responsible for supporting our Residential Aged Care team by designing delivering and evaluating learning solutions that align with their strategic goals and operational needs. You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders across Residential Aged Care to identify and address learning gaps improve performance and foster a culture of continuous learning.
We work in the service industry delivering high quality aged care disability retirement and education services to over 9000 Victorians. Go home each day knowing youve made a difference in peoples lives by joining a values-oriented team committed to helping improve the lives of others.
What youll do:
Develop/update and deliver learning packages aligned to business objectives.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess learning requirements.
Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to ensure impactful learning experiences.
Be a key facilitator of on-the-job learning support.
Analyse and report on evaluations linked to learning objectives to ensure learning has been effectively transferred to attendees.
Maintain up to date knowledge of industry changes best practice and future trends to ensure optimal learning packages are delivered.
About you:
You have previously worked in a clinical role and have a current AHPRA registration (nursing).
You are a strong communicator with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for supporting the learning and development of others.
In addition you possess the following:
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
Demonstrated experience in developing and facilitating engaging and effective learning programs for a variety of audiences and modalities preferably within aged or community care settings.
Strong knowledge of learning theories instructional design principles and evaluation methods.
Experience in customer service and soft skills training delivery.
