Job Description

FRONT DESK CONCIERGE/ADMIN Trilogy at Redmond Ridge (Redmond WA)
HOAMCO is seeking to hire a full-timeFront Desk Concierge/Adminfor our Trilogy at Redmond Ridge community. Trilogy is a prestigious resort community with over 1500 homes in Redmond Washington. We are looking for a detail orientedable to prioritize daily duties customer service skills who has a professional appearance and demeanor.
We are offering benefits after 60 days of employment including medical dental vision holiday pay PTO and more!
Qualifications/Job Duties:
  • Minimum 2 years of professionaladmin support
  • Ability to manage friendly concierge role while working admin tasks
  • Professionally answer calls and assist walk-in residents
  • Strong sense of and high standard for customer service
  • Communication skills; both verbal and written
  • First line of contact providing exceptional customer service to our residents and vendors
  • Welcome residents in a friendly prompt and professional manner
  • Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Utilizing organizational skills while greeting visitors and homeowners face-to-face
  • Proficient skills in organizing and multi-tasking a variety of admin projects
  • Administration tasks as provided working both independently and with co-workers
  • Ability to navigate in Microsoft Office products such as Word Excel and Outlook
  • Proven track record of customer Service Excellence
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Polite professional conduct and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive attitude with a knack for creative problem-solving
  • Passion for providing top-notch customer service at all times
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Quick learner with a commitment to exceeding residents expectations
  • Confident and able to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
