The Opportunity

Youll be at the heart of our mission to power a sustainable energy futurecollaborating with cross-functional teams managing complex project lifecycles and delivering excellence from start to finish.

Reporting to the Director of the Program Management Office HUB North America youll manage multiple projects across our North American factory network.
How Youll Make an Impact
Lead diverse project teams with clarity purpose and motivation
Manage scope budget schedule and risk across multiple factory locations
Serve as the key contact for customers and internal stakeholders
Drive project execution while ensuring safety quality and financial targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
Identify and mitigate project risks sharing lessons learned
Support contract negotiations and claims in partnership with Legal and Supply Chain
Build strong lasting relationships with customers and partners
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines
Your Background
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
PMP Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain Hitachi Energy PM Certification within 2 years)
Proven ability to lead remote teams and manage complex project scopes
Experience with SAP MS Project Excel and other PM tools
Knowledge of transformer manufacturing or the North American energy sector is a plus
