Responsibilities
  • Hit Sales Targets:Meet revenue and profit goals for parts accessories & exports related areas in your assigned markets.
  • Forecast & Report:Create and present sales forecasts track performance and identify areas for improvement in each market.
  • Commission Business: Explore and develop Commission/Royalty business models in IMG markets for revenue growth.
  • Drive Sales Growth:Develop and implement sales improvement plans in collaboration with local market teams.
  • Analyze Performance:Understand why markets might be underperforming dig into the details (dealercommodity region etc.) and suggest solutions.
  • Share Best Practices:Identify successful sales strategies from different markets and help implement them across the board.
  • Build Relationships:Maintain strong relationships with market teams and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Improve Dealership Performance:Work with zone managers and market leaders to improve the performance of key dealerships.
  • Use Data to Drive Decisions:Utilize the business analytic tools / dashboards to gain insights into parts and accessories sales.
  • Develop New Initiatives:Identify business needs analyze options and develop new programs to improve sales.
  • Automate Reporting:Work with IT to automate reports for central & markets to make it easier for use and saving time.


Qualifications
  • Engineering degree (preferably Mechanical or Automobile) with Customer service operation experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales & marketing or business analysis preferably from the Automotive industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong ownership and team spirit with the capability to engage cross-functional teams and markets to deliver results.
  • Proven team management skills with a strong ability to lead markets to achieve desired business goals.
