What You Will Be Doing:
Perform the full scope of supervisory responsibilities forWTDOperationsmulti-disciplinaryEast-Section Plant Engineering Team. Stakeholders may include several subordinate teams or organizational units which may require training regular feedback and flexible resource scheduling.
Leada diverse group ofengineering experts on multiple projects across plant process systems ensuring unified alignment with established standardsand specifications. Provide technicalexpertisein the evaluation and analysis of complex (multi-dimensional) sensitive and political issues. Provide lead oversight and quality control formultipleengineering disciplines.
Perform complex work involving wastewater treatment and collections systemsincluding:commissioning project management program design economic analysis and the preparation review and approval of design and contract documents.
Participatewith project design teams to promote Reliability Plant or Systems Design concepts in coordination with Maintenance Supervisors. Coordinate with capital stakeholders and make recommendations for equipment processes and software/hardware options.
Working with capital stakeholders represent O&Ms interests in the consistent standardized approach in the development update and usage of Auto-CAD and Engineering Content Management (ECMS) systems.
