WTDsEast Operations Groupis looking for a Term-Limited Temporary (TLT) or Special Duty Assignment (SDA) as a Wastewater Operations Engineering Supervisorwho want to work for an organization that empowers continued learning values work/life balance and works to support thriving resilient neighborhoods and communities in the Puget Sound region.

About The Role:

The successful candidate will supervise and manage assigned operations engineers across multiple disciplines providing centralized leadership and guidance in the design and implementation of projects designed to support Wastewater Treatment Divisions (WTD) primary mission objectives. Incumbents will ensure standardized cross-plant compliance with approvedengineering standards and specifications in the effort toprovide documented sound engineering practices in the application of fundamental engineering design tasks. The Engineering Supervisor is a core team member of the divisions Technical Standards CommitteerepresentingOperations interests and is expectedto provideinput / guidance in the development or modification of engineering guide specifications. The successful candidate will be expected proactively engage with other supporting groups and teams within WTD including Management of Change (MOC) Process Safety Management (PSM) and Life Safety Management (LSM) teamsin the evaluative analysis and approval ofengineeringproposals.
