Its six colleges the College of Business and Public Management;the College of Education; the College of Liberal Arts; the Dorothy and George Hennings College of Science Mathematics and Technology; Michael Graves College;and the College of Health Professions and Human Services - offer more than 50 undergraduate programs and more than 70 options for graduate study leading to masters degrees doctoral degrees professional diplomas or certifications.
The University is also a higher education innovator within the State of New Jersey partnering with Ocean County College in Toms River New Jersey and Brookdale Community College in Lincroft New Jersey to provide access for students to earn a bachelors degree from Kean. TheKean Skylands campus located in Jefferson Township New Jersey is designedto serve as an outdoor living laboratory for field-based scientific study and other classroom and field instruction.
We are excited to grow our faculty and invite Lecturer applications for the fall 2025 semester. 12 Month Lecturers are non-tenure track faculty. Full-time Lecturers teach 36 credits for the academic year; part-time Lecturers teach 18 credits for the academic year. Teachingassignments may be assigned at any of Keans New Jersey locations Union Ocean Princeton Skylands or Kean Online and mayinclude day evening and weekend ening hours are required based on department needs for teaching evening courses and for most graduate course assignments.
Lecturers are required to teach provide student academic support provide service to the university and community and perform other related faculty responsibilities. Proficiency in a Learning Management System is also required consistent with University guidelines. 12 Month Lecturers are responsible for performing their teaching and non-teaching responsibilities for the twelve-month period of their appointment.
College of Health Professions and Human Services Department of Physician Assistant Studies
Department of Physician Assistant Studies to teach MS courses in the PA program at the Union campus; actively participate in accreditation and assessment activities; conduct clinical site visits off campus and perform clinical assessments; and perform other Lecturer duties as needed and assigned.
Qualifications: Masters degree; a minimum of one year of teaching experience at the post-secondary level or the equivalent professional/clinical experience as determined by the University;current Physician Assistant license in the State of New Jersey or eligibility for licensure; and current NCCPA certification is required. Threeyears of clinical experience is preferred.

In compliance with New Jerseys Pay Transparency Law the negotiated annual full-time salary range for this position is: $102062.18 to $109102.75 (Steps 10-12). Part-time salaries will be prorated. Salaries for internal applicants will be based on union negotiated calculations.
