Job Description

The Campaign Manager is an integral member of the brand team responsible for strategising planning managing and measuring the successful rollout of advertising campaigns of varying sizes and complexity.

Leveraging consumer insights the Campaign Manager will lead and execute high quality ATL and BTL advertising campaigns delivering compelling and exciting creative to drive game changing results.

Reporting to the Brand Manager the Campaign Manager leads the collaboration between key internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless on-time and high impact delivery of campaigns. Additionally they serve as a key internal guardian for all brand and campaign related matters within the business.

About the Role:

Campaign Management

  • Develop and deliver detailed campaign briefs plans and requirements for internal and external stakeholders ensuring a clear understanding of campaign objectives deliverables timelines and budgets.
  • Lead the planning strategy creative production and implementation of integrated campaigns across both ATL and BTL channels.
  • Ensure project requirements meet high standards and are delivered in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for Campaign matters and keep wider departments informed of campaign activities.
  • Manage relationships and lead collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor analyse and report on campaign performance metrics.

Strategic Planning

  • Influence strategic decisions and proactively identify and implement new opportunities and ideas.
  • Drive strategic campaign development and lead tactical day-to-day campaign processes and deliverables.

Brand Management

  • Assist the Brand Manager with Brand related projects & initiatives.

About You

  • Proven experience in advertising marketing communications or campaign manager role.
  • Proven track record in managing and executing brand and retail campaigns.
  • A creative mind that always has the brand front and centre.
  • Experience in end-to-end campaign management.
  • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
  • A team player who can work effectively cross functions.
