Dentists provide dental services to patients at various County clinics. This class is distinguished from the class of Dentist Manager in that the latter manages the County-wide dental health program.
The eligible list established from this recruitment will be used to fill full-time and part-time regular limited-term or extra-help positions as vacancies occur or the need arises.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSEducation/Experience:Considerable experience in dentistry coupled with additional experience and education or training in public health services which demonstrates possession of requisite knowledge competency and ability. Typical qualifying experience would be:

All candidates must submit a copy of their license to practice dentistry in the State of California issued by the Board of Dental Examiners by the final filing deadline. Candidates who fail to submit their license by the application review datewill be disqualified from the recruitment.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: Candidates who attended a college or university that is accredited by a foreign or non-U.S. accrediting agency must have their educational units evaluated by an educational evaluation service.
