Position Overview:
As an F&I Manager at Stanley Chevrolet you will oversee all aspects of the finance and insurance process. The right candidate will have a proven track record in automotive F&I excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of finance products ensuring our customers leave satisfied with the best possible financial solutions.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell financing and insurance products to customers ensuring clarity and understanding of all options.
Work closely with lending institutions to secure competitive financing for customers.
Complete all required documentation and paperwork for finance and insurance transactions.
Provide outstanding customer service by guiding customers through the entire F&I process.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products.
Ensure all transactions are compliant with legal financial and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with the sales team to streamline the car-buying process.
Train and mentor junior F&I staff providing guidance on best practices.
Requirements:
5 years of proven experience as an F&I Manager in the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of finance and insurance products and their benefits.
Exceptional communication negotiation and customer service skills.
In-depth knowledge of relevant laws regulations and compliance in the automotive finance sector.
Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work well under pressure meet targets and close deals effectively.
A team player with a positive customer-focused attitude.
Compensation:
Base salary plus commission with earning potential between $100000 to $130000 annually based on experience and performance.
