The Position: Our Client is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Individual Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to work a full-time schedule in Methuen MA.

$75000- $98000 Salary Based on Experience

Requirements:

Massachusetts LCSW or LICSW License
Newly Licensed Social Workers Are Accepted
Positive Attitude
Willingness to Collaborate With Interdisciplinary Team
Collaborate and Provide Communication with Hospitals Nursing Homes and Community Agencies

Responsibilities:

Monday to Friday (8am to 4pm)
Clinic Based Outpatient Position
Providing Mostly Case Management Some Therapy As Well
3-8 Patient Interactions Per Day (In Person By Phone and Telehealth)
Very Limited Local Travel Required to See a Patient Who is Not Able to Make it into the Clinic (Always Done in the Work Hours for the Day)
No Call
No Nights
No Weekends
