The Principal FP&A Analyst role is a senior individual contributor who combines extensive financial and modelling expertise with deep business partnership to drive strategic financial outcomes. You will be expected to maintain a deep understanding of financial plans results and performance indicators to help accelerate profitable growth. This role exists primarily to provide high-impact financial reporting insights and recommendations that directly influence strategic decision-making within the organisation especially to the COO.
**Highly prefer final candidate resides in the Eastern timezone for collaboration.

Qualifications :
Computer skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets data warehouse tools and other financial analysis platforms.
Proficiency in financial software systems such as Adaptive Planning Workday Salesforce and NetSuite.
Background in hosting analytics with the ability to analyze cost drivers usage patterns and margin optimization strategies across cloud infrastructure is a plus.
Other knowledge / skills:
Ability to partner effectively with senior Leadership in a professional and collaborative manner.
Strong understanding of financial principles accounting practices and financial modelling techniques specifically as they apply to revenue recognition sales performance and commission structures.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex financial and operational information to non-financial stakeholders and the board.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex financial and sales operational problems.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements is beneficial.
Additional Information :
Compensation Package:
Base Pay range: $120000 - $135000 Annually (12 Months)
Position eligible for Annual Company Bonus Plan
The range applies to the US only. If the final candidate is in another country the local currency and range would be based on competitive ranges in those countries in alignment with the job grade range.
Placement within our pay range will vary based on knowledge skills experience and market location variations as well as internal peer equity
