Job Title: Front of House Assistant Manager
Location: Omaha NE
Reports To: Front of House Manager

Position Overview:
Were looking for aFront of House Assistant Managerto support our front-of-house team. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth service supporting the team of servers bartenders and hosts and maintaining high standards of guest service. Youll work alongside the Front of House Manager and collaborate with our Events Department to ensure everything runs smoothly.Catering experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising the front-of-house team including servers bartenders and hosts.
Help train and develop staff on service standards menu knowledge and POS system use.
Ensure a clean organized and professional front-of-house environment including dining areas bar and restrooms.
Support scheduling staff to ensure the team is fully staffed during busy and off-peak times.
Communicate clearly with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
Help manage inventory and ensure FOH supplies (glassware menus linens) are always stocked.
Address guest concerns quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Assist in maintaining compliance with health safety and liquor regulations.
Work with the Events Department to assist with staffing and service for private events.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment ideally with some leadership or supervisory experience.
Catering experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example.
Knowledge of food beverage and service standards.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with scheduling inventory management and POS systems is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
