Your Key Responsibilities

As Service Advisor youll oversee the daily flow of service operations and ensure that every customer receives prompt courteous and professional care.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Manage the flow of service orders and technician scheduling

  • Deliver a first-class experience to every service guest

  • Take full ownership of the customers journey from drop-off to delivery

  • Support and coach service advisors and technicians

  • Distribute repair work efficiently and ensure technicians time is sold effectively

  • Diagnose vehicle problems and assist with parts/tool ordering

  • Handle warranty claims and maintain compliance with factory policies

  • Uphold CSI (Customer Success Index) standards and company performance goals

  • Train supervise and support service staff

  • Foster a productive respectful and positive team environment

  • Maintain good relationships with OEM/factory reps

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and safety standards
