Your Key Responsibilities
As Service Advisor youll oversee the daily flow of service operations and ensure that every customer receives prompt courteous and professional care.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Manage the flow of service orders and technician scheduling
Deliver a first-class experience to every service guest
Take full ownership of the customers journey from drop-off to delivery
Support and coach service advisors and technicians
Distribute repair work efficiently and ensure technicians time is sold effectively
Diagnose vehicle problems and assist with parts/tool ordering
Handle warranty claims and maintain compliance with factory policies
Uphold CSI (Customer Success Index) standards and company performance goals
Train supervise and support service staff
Foster a productive respectful and positive team environment
Maintain good relationships with OEM/factory reps
Ensure compliance with all legal and safety standards
