CAMH Education presents a unique and exciting opportunity for three (3)full-time permanentTIDES Specialists who will be involved in the trauma-informed de-escalation education for safety and self-protection (TIDES) training program. It is a CAMH Safe and Well initiative. TIDES blends trauma-informed approaches with collaborative communication strategies and patient-centred care. It focuses on preventative and responsive interventions for psychiatric and behavioural emergencies.
