School-Based Therapist (LCSW LCPC or LMFT)
Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an exciting opportunity for a School-Based Therapist in Bangor ME. This role offers the chance to provide essential mental health services to students within a school setting while enjoying a supportive mission-driven environment.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary Range: $60000 $93500 (based on licensed experience)
- Quarterly Bonus: $2500 (based on quality standards through the Provider Recognition Program)
- Sign-On/Retention Bonus: $5000 to $15000 (depending on experience)
- Relocation Bonus: Available if applicable

Responsibilities
- MondayFriday 7:30am to 3:30pm during the academic year
- Option to furlough during the summer months or request short-term reassignment
- Provide counseling to students during the school year
- Address behavioral emotional and social challenges in a school-based setting
- Collaborate with school staff families and care teams on treatment planning
- Complete timely documentation and participate in team meetings
- Includes administrative time and paid school closures
Requirements
- Maine licensure as an LCSW LCPC or LMFT (conditional licenses accepted)
- Experience with children or adolescents preferred
- Comfort working in a dynamic and collaborative care environment
- Commitment to supporting youth mental health in a school setting
