The iconic Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile is seeking a Front Office Manager/PM MOD.
This 455 suite property features views of downtown Chicago and Lake Michigan and is just two blocks from the Magnificent Mile and a mile from the Theater District. Were 12-minute walk from entertainment restaurants and boat cruises at Navy Pier and 8 minutes from the Chicago Riverwalk!

The ideal candidate will posses:
A minimum of two years of experience in front office management
Prior experience with OnQ is highly preferred
Strong preference for candidates with experience managing a hotel with 400 rooms
Shifts pattern: PM shifts weekends and holiday required
The yearly salary: $63000
What will I be doing
As Front Office Manager you would be responsible for directing and administering Front Office operations in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
