Rising above the San Diego Bay and steps from the Gaslamp Quarter and Petco Park Hilton San Diego Bayfront is the signature SoCal resort. Our Hilton San Diego Bayfront property is looking for a Security Officer to join the team. If you are passionate about providing safety and world class experiences this is the position for you!
You will also be able to enjoy some of the positive vibes of the waterfront area as well. Our waterfront hotel has 1190 guest rooms and over 170000 square feet elegant indoor and gorgeous outdoor event spaces.
Shift Pattern: AM PM Overnight
Pay Rate: $27.05
The ideal candidate will have:
Security officer background.
1 year customer service experience.

What will I be doing
As a Security Officer you would be responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and team members and the security of the hotel and property in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Patrol the interior of and the perimeter of the hotel and the property to observe and identify potential safety risks security risks and undesirable conditions.
Respond to emergency situations including but not limited to safety hazards fires medical emergencies and threats to life and/or property
Promote safe work practices.
Initiates preliminary investigations into incidents as needed.
Write reports and ensure accuracy of necessary documentation as needed.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner.
