Job Description

AWSs Agentic AI Organization is looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Product Management team. You will be responsible for leading a team of Product Managers for a strategic initiative focused on accelerating enterprise customers journey to AWS. You will raise the bar on the vision product definition and time to market for a set of innovative solutions that leverage generative AI to transform how businesses migrate to the cloud.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of enterprise cloud adoption. This leader will be responsible for helping to shape the development of agentic AI systems that automate and accelerate the data center migration process dramatically reducing the time and complexity of server and workload migration. This revolutionary approach positions AWS at the forefront of enterprise transformation.

This leader will be working closely with leaders across AWS and some of our largest customers and partners. Youll work alongside the best minds in agentic AI ML and cloud computing and drive innovation that directly impacts AWSs market position.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead a team of Product managers to build the new vision for enterprise migration.
- Work with our customers and partners to guide the product strategy
- Set the right success metrics for the product make data driven decisions to shape the product roadmap and closely work with engineering teams on product delivery.
- Play a key role in shaping the technical strategy of the product by closely working with the engineering team
- Lead the discussions/updates with senior leadership and drive key decisions
- Partner with cross functional stakeholders on understanding different facets of the product like legal PR compliance marketing etc. to build the right experiences
- Work with marketing and design teams to create delightful experiences and go-to market strategies

- 6 years of team management experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Experience with VMware Nutanix Hyper-V or other virtualization technologies
- Experience with enterprise cloud migration
