Job Objective:
The role will entail developing in-depth understanding of various CRM channels including Push Notifications WhatsApp and e-mail to drive customer retention. The incumbent will be responsible for using appropriate mix of CRM levers to improve business performance and shape platform traffic. The incumbent will be expected to improve CTR of interventions and optimise for channel cost.
