This position is based in our Toronto Global Headquarters Office and operates under a Hybrid Working Arrangement (3 days in office).
The Opportunity
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Analyst with a strong aptitude for data-driven decision-making and technical expertise in Global Corporate Real Estate operations. This role is pivotal in integrating analyzing and managing data to optimize management reporting processes thereby leveraging data as a strategic asset aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and possess advanced capabilities in data analysis including mining data at granular levels. Responsibilities include transforming data into actionable insights and comprehensive reports for management and internal stakeholders ensuring high levels of accuracy and precision. Additionally the role will be involved in driving initiatives and leading projects within their areas of responsibility.

Salary range is expected to be between
$61350.00 CAD - $102250.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location please contact for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
