About YOUR new Role

As the Senior HR Business Partner you will contribute to strategic initiatives while maintaining a hands-on approach to support leaders across a dynamic and operationally complex this trusted advisory role you will offer critical insights challenge conventional thinking and deliver people-focused solutions that support both immediate business needs and long-term organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with senior operational leaders across multiple locations to deliver impactful people strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee and industrial relations performance management and workforce planning.
  • Champion change management culture initiatives and employee engagement programs across all teams.
  • Use workforce data and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with site leaders to strengthen leadership capability and develop robust talent pipelines.
  • Lead and mentor a small HR team promoting growth accountability and high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation awards and enterprise agreements.
  • Contribute to organisation-wide projects focused on diversity wellbeing and fostering a strong safety culture.

About YOU

You are an experiences HR professional with a proven track record in operationally intensive environments. You possess deep insight into the complexities of the workforce and bring confident expertise in managing industrial relations within unionised settings.

You will bring:

  • Experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or similar HR role
  • Demonstrated experience supporting children therapy and early years environments
  • Proven experience in leading and developing teams through coaching mentoring and performance management
  • Proactive and hands-on approach with strong influencing and problem-solving skills
  • Sound knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations frameworks
  • Demonstrated success in leading change and supporting leadership through transformation initiatives
