We are looking for Regional Sales Executives / Senior Executives for a leading FMCG brand expanding across the United States!
Locations: Los Angeles
The Regional Sales Executive / Senior Executive will be responsible for driving regional revenue growth managing distributor relationships and executing impactful market strategies. This role is ideal for commercially driven professionals with experience in the FMCG or F&B industry who are ready to take ownership of regional market development in the U.S.

Develop and implement monthly and yearly business plans for the assigned region.
Drive regional sales revenue and meet profitability targets.
Manage product distribution stock depth and retail merchandising across outlets.
Plan and execute regional trade shows market visits and promotional events.
Work closely with distributors on quarterly and annual sales forecasts and growth strategies.
Identify and act on new business opportunities and emerging market trends.
Monitor competitor activities pricing strategies and product innovations.
Build and nurture strong business relationships with key retailers supermarkets and channel partners.
Provide ongoing support insights and solutions to regional partners and clients.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field preferred.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience for Executive level; 5 years for Senior Executive level.
Strong background in FMCG or F&B industry sales and regional account management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Multilingual candidates are highly preferred especially those fluent in English and Mandarin or Vietnamese.
Proven leadership planning and decision-making capabilities.
Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
