Job Description
Job Summary:
As a New Car Delivery Specialist at Findlay Toyota Henderson you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients during the final stages of purchasing a new vehicle. You will work closely with our sales team and customers to ensure a smooth and enjoyable car delivery experience. This is a full-time hourly position with a bonus plan in the fast-paced and dynamic automotive industry.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is paid bi-monthly. Along with competitive pay we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical dental and vision insurance paid time off employee discounts and opportunities for career growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers upon arrival and establish a friendly and professional rapport.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers on new vehicles.
- Perform final vehicle inspections and ensure that all features and systems are working properly.
- Report any issues with the vehicle (ie paint issues tint issues etc.) to the service department for scheduling.
- Process receipts for the sales and finance departments.
- Scan in registration paperwork to the digital deal jackets.
- Make sure the delivery area is clean and ready each morning.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior customer service experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in technology and computer skills.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
