Asset Movement Team Associate
This is a contract position.
This is a hybrid opportunity located in South Jordan UT.
About this Position
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about client service and fraud prevention Were seeking an Asset Movement Team (AMT) Associate to support high-volume transaction processing protect client assets and ensure money movement requests are reviewed with precision. Youll work closely with internal teams including branch associates and senior management in a fast-paced environment while applying policy and compliance standards to ensure operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities
Review and approve incoming and outgoing money movement transactions
Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting local branch teams
Apply firm policies and industry regulations to prevent fraud and ensure proper authorization
Communicate with branch associates and senior leadership to resolve escalated issues
Stay informed on SEC/FINRA compliance and internal transaction protocols
Participate in projects and system enhancements as assigned
Utilize internal resources and critical thinking to process high-volume requests efficiently
Perform other administrative duties as needed
Job Skills/Requirements
3 years of experience in financial services or operations roles
College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Strong organizational decision-making and follow-up skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook etc.)
Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly and troubleshoot issues
Familiarity with SEC/FINRA regulations and transaction-based compliance preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
