Job Description
As the General Manager you will play a pivotal role in the success of the company. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of service quality and hospitality. Your leadership and business acumen will be essential in driving the financial success of our establishments and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of dedicated professionals including front-of-house staff and kitchen staff fostering a culture of excellence teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction by personally engaging with guests resolving any issues and ensuring an outstanding dining experience from start to finish.
  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including staffing scheduling training and development to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Implement and enforce high operational standards ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations food quality guidelines and sanitation procedures.
  • Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability including monitoring food and beverage costs labor expenses and overall budget.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and maintain an innovative and seasonally inspired menu ensuring consistently exceptional dining experiences.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and vendors ensuring the highest quality ingredients are sourced while negotiating favorable terms.
  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and drive repeat business utilizing both traditional and digital channels.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends competition and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management providing insights on performance financials and operational metrics.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing locations within the hospitality industry preferably in fine dining.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of financial statements budgeting and cost control.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with guests staff suppliers and other stakeholders.
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of industry trends culinary innovations and local market dynamics.
  • Bachelors degree in hospitality management business administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
