Job Description
A Michigan based company located in the Greater Detroit area is seeking multiple Project Managers for Large-Scale Paint Finishing System Installation Projects.
The Project Manager pay rates are anticipated to be salary based on each candidates experience and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We offer excellent benefits including very good Bonuses Medical Dental 401k and more!
Candidates will possess most (if not all) of the following:
* Must have 5 years experience with Large-Scale Paint Finishing Installation projects.
* Must have experience with Capital Equipment Installation projects: Paint Finishing Industrial Ventilation Millwright expertise/leadership Industrial HVAC Industrial Machinery large tanks processing piping and similar would be preferred.
* A BS in Mechanical Engineering is Preferred but not essential. Equivalent combinations of an Associate degree / experience / etc. will be considered.
* Experience with Managing Schedule SOW Estimating Installation projects Familiarity with Costs for rental equipment Overseeing Contractors etc.
* Create and Manage budgets and schedules
* Oversee union and non union trades
* Some Out of Town Travel will be required approximately 35% yearly.
