Commercial Roofing Superintendent
Lead High-Impact Roofing Projects Across Texas
Location: Austin TXCompensation: $90000$115000 Base Bonuses Full Benefits Company Vehicle
This role isnt just about managing jobsits about owning them.
Were partnered with a rapidly growing commercial roofing contractor known for delivering complex mission-critical projects across hospitals government buildings and industrial sites. With a proven track record and a high-performing team theyre now looking for a Commercial Roofing Superintendent to take the lead on fast-moving multi-million-dollar projects out of their Austin TX office.
This isnt a role for someone who needs their hand held. Its for someone who knows how to step up lead crews solve problems and make decisions confidentlywith minimal direction and maximum ownership.

Youre the Right Fit If You:
- Can take charge and lead without waiting for instruction

- Solve problems in real time and keep leadership looped innot waiting for solutions
- Are comfortable with autonomy pressure and making confident decisions
- 5 years as a Commercial Roofing Superintendent
- Deep knowledge of systems: TPO PVC EPDM BUR asphalt metal hot/cold applied
- Experience with secure/complex projects (e.g. hospitals occupied buildings industrial)
- OSHA 10/30 certified and committed to jobsite safety
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Valid drivers license and U.S. work eligibility
- Willing to travel regionally as needed
- Base Bonus: $90K$115K performance-based bonuses
