Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Review Technician (Level 4) to join our Lab Operations team in Oklahoma City Oklahoma.

Position Responsibilities:

• Performs fabrication and assembly tasks as needed
• Analyzes products for non-conformance and provides written disposition of production test and post-production discrepancies; ensures configuration control
• Identifies deviations that could impact product integrity safety design and regulatory requirements
• Performs root causes analysis and develops corrective action for manufacturing design and documentation issues
• Provides technical support to interpret design intent and troubleshoot
• Defines initiates and approves technical content for revisions/improvements to product definition data
• Audits suppliers/partners for nonconformance
• Contributes to development and administration of technical training
• Guides and mentors others
• Works under minimal direction

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• More than 1 year of experience as a mechanic or technician
• More than 1 year of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications (e.g. blueprint/schematic reading specification change design)
• Experience with the Goldesp system
• Ability to lift push and pull up to 35 pounds frequently within an 8 hour shift

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Associates degree or higher
• More than 1 year of experience in a machine shop environment
• More than 1 year of experience using any of the following systems: Enovia REDARS PSDS CDS MES DELMIA GOLDesp WIRS CAPP IVT NCM or OWI

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 6 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor4 years related work experience 8 years related work experience etc.

Relocation:

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.
