Key Staffing is partnering with a local agriculture client in search of Quality Assurance candidates ready to make an impact in food safety and product quality.
Location: Shafter CA
Must be willing to work the following times:
Sunday 7:00 PM 4:00 AM MondayThursday/Friday 4:00 PM 4:00 AM
MondayFriday 1:15 PM or 1:30 PM 10:00 PM
MondayFriday 12:00 AM 9:00 AM
Inspect raw materials in-process items and finished goods for quality compliance
Document results accurately and report any non-conformities
Conduct visual sensory and/or organoleptic checks as needed
Follow established food safety and GMP procedures
Communicate findings clearly to supervisors and team members
Previous experience in Quality Assurance or food processing
Experience with sensory or organoleptic evaluations is a plus
Open to learning and following directions
Ability to work in fast-paced production environments
English or Spanish-speaking (bilingual is a plus)
Hands-on experience in agriculture and food quality
