You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPosition Summary: The Accounting Manager at LOUD Audio LLC (LOUD) partners closely with the VP of Accounting throughout the monthly close process and is expected to have a thorough understanding of the full accounting cycle and how transactions impact the general ledger. This role also supports the VP of Accounting in preparing for financial statement audits bank audits payroll audits tax audits (sales use and income) inventory appraisals and other third-party reviews as needed.

Supervisory Responsibility: This position is responsible for managing the appropriate number of resources (based on needs of the business) including full management responsibilities such as providing daily work direction training setting goals conducting performance reviews implementing corrective action plans and overseeing staffing decisions including hiring and onboarding.
Work Environment:

Salary and Benefits: This is a full-time salaried exempt position with starting salary of $120-130k based on experience. LOUD Audio offers a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) match 15 days of paid time off accrued in the first year 10 paid holidays and 2 floating holidays.
