The Continuing Education (CE) Program Specialist provides administrative clerical and project-based support to instructional programs within the Division of Extended Learning.
Provides primary frontline support for Program Directors and Managers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Create and maintain a database of all contacts programs and related data which is utilized in periodic reports.
Identify and schedule classroom space as needed.
Coordinate program activities and presentation materials for program events.
Monitor and document program activities and performance and report results.
Develop implement and maintain operational procedures.
Serve as liaison with internal and external entities to develop and maintain working relationships to increase use of program services and promote HCC.
Develop program related documents and forms verify accuracy completeness and compliance with program guidelines; oversee its maintenance and updates in support of program objectives and measurement criteria.
Develop and monitor the assigned program budgets which include all direct and indirect costs in consultation with fiscal leadership and other program directors.
Coordinate assigned program meetings and events.
Provide data entry and verification for state and internal reports as request EdDevelop public relation initiatives as needed to accomplish program objectives in cooperation with the HCCS Office of Communications.
Participate in management team initiatives.

Working Conditions
General Office.
