About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to be a key driver of growth and innovation as a Principal Consultant in our employee research consulting team. Leveraging your deep expertise youll deliver impactful solutions drive revenue and solidify our market-leading position. You will shape a high-performing consulting team foster collaboration and deliver exceptional client experiences. Your role will involve managing a portfolio of strategically important accounts assisting in developing bespoke solutions and driving continuous improvement to maintain our competitive edge.
This role can be based in London York or Manchester.
