About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to be a key driver of growth and innovation as a Principal Consultant in our employee research consulting team. Leveraging your deep expertise youll deliver impactful solutions drive revenue and solidify our market-leading position. You will shape a high-performing consulting team foster collaboration and deliver exceptional client experiences. Your role will involve managing a portfolio of strategically important accounts assisting in developing bespoke solutions and driving continuous improvement to maintain our competitive edge.
This role can be based in London York or Manchester.
About you:
Essential skills:
- Significant leadership experience in employee research programmes.
- Proven track record in managing a P&L.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Experience in organisational psychology human resources or change management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Desirable skills:
- Experience in innovative and process improvement initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Developing new research approaches or using emerging technologies like AI.
